United Notions
Since 2019, relationships, research, fieldwork, and design plans have been formulated with the knowledge and leadership of Kashekye and Kyevu/Batwa communities - and the collaborative support of local government(s), surrounding organizations, and a skilled team of BFFF members (including local residents, government officials, Ugandan and Canadian university professors, and a renowned Uganda permaculturist - Judith Bakirya).
We weave our Bunyonyi Food Forest Story together with the support and inspiration of many individuals. To highlight its milestones, we have chosen a Photo-Timeline that begins in 2019 with the securing of land and a vision to support the needs of families surrounding its Kashekye village.
